In addition to the freesports, competitions, jam sessions and battles there will be a number of opportunities for everyone to get involved.
Parkour
Parkour Stunt Show & Workshops
Watch as the Madness Events parkour athletes put on a jaw dropping friendly competition to see who can put on the best run to win over the audience. Straight after each performance give parkour ago in their workshops for ages 6+
Parkour / Freerunning is all about agility, flexibility, power, strength and precise co-ordination as the athletes flip and leap across any obstacles in their path.
Flatland BMX
We are excitied to announce that 'Fusion Extreme' will be coming to the Urdd Urban Games and showcasing flatland BMX.
The guys at 'Fusion Extreme' will be running demos all weekend and also carrying come and try sessions for those keen to get involved.
You do not need to book onto these sessions just turn up on the day. Bikes and safety equipment will be provided.
Graffiti
As part of the event there will be a local street artisit performing live street art.
He will also be running workshops throughout the weekend.

Scooter
Based within the oval basin on smaller ramps we will have the TeamExtreme coaches on hand to help guide you through the basicis.
No experience or equipment is required just come on down and give it a go!
Skateboard
'Spit n Sawdust' and 'SkateRats Skate School' will be hosting coaching sessions for anyone interested in giving skating a go.

Wheelchair Basketball
On the purpose built basketball courts, we will be hosting Wheelchair basketball sessions for those who want to give it a go.
Everyone is welcome so come and give it a go.
Get Involved with the games
In addition to the freesports, there will be food & drink vendors, DJ trucks, and taster sessions for spectators and participants to enjoy.
